		<description>I&#039;ve seen the same thing you mention...most of the people I deal with don&#039;t want to keep their home, whether they can do a workout or not. Those who do want to keep it, can&#039;t seem to get anywhere with the banks.  It seems that a short sale is usually the best option to avoid the foreclosure.</description>
