Q: I want to buy pre foreclosures but I'm scared about the title & having leins come up after I buy the property. Can that happen? A: It depends on how you buy these. If you buy though us we'll make sure to close at a reputable title company that will issue title insurance. A title insurance policy will protect you from anything that could potentially still be attached to the property.
Q: How do I find new properties that are available? A: That's easy, just sign up to the right. We'll send you new properties as they become available. |
Q: I'm seeing a lot of signs & ads for pre foreclosures. I've called on a few & it seems pretty time consuming. How long does it take for the bank to get back to us when we submit an offer? A: This varies. Some of these properties we've already negotiated the price with the bank & some we're in the middle of the process. Depending upon the seller & the lender a short sale can take anywhere from 2 months to a year to complete. We can tell you right away how long to expect an answer. Usually its within a couple of weeks. But again, this varies. Our best advice is to have the cash to close or pre-approval ready to go right away before you begin your search. That way your offer will be stronger & we can move quicker. |
